Core Health for Children 

Did you know the average newborn baby already has 287 known toxins in its umbilical cord blood? I was shocked when I learned this! 

The real challenge is not figuring out what a healthy diet is. We know. Our problem is that we are flooded with highly processed, hyper-palatable, energy-dense, nutrient-dilute, glow in the dark, bet-you-can't-just-eat-one kind of foods. I call them non-foods because they provide no nutrients to our body. 

The constant flow of marketing encourages us and our children to eat the very foods that propel us towards obesity, diabetes, allergies, asthma, attention deficit disorders and other chronic diseases. And on top of that, the ever-evolving technological gadgets replace activities we used to do at work and at play. 

Together we will:

  • Discuss your and your child's concerns

  • Co-create a customized plan based on your child's unique needs

  • Talk about family nutrition and mealtime strategies

You will learn:

  • How to shop, prepare and stock up your fridge with easy, healthy snacks

  • How to incorporate fruits and vegetables into your children's diet (and yours too) without a food fight

  • Simple techniques on how to cook easy and delicious meals 

  • Your children will learn why should they care about food
